This class has been developed to help introduce regular and enjoyable exercise to people with diabetes.
Class is taken by Janet Straight.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
Cost is $5 per session for members

Shop closed for Anniversary Day
Louise has a toenail clipping service at our premises once a month. We still have 2 empty slots on November 17th for a client who has previously seen Louise.
She has 2 dates in December 3rd Dec and 15th Dec – we can accommodate a double appointment for a new client on the Dec 3rd date. Single appointments for a member cost $52, and $65 for a non member.
